Mexican Chili/Soupy Mix ( I don't have a name for it )

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of kernel corn
  • 1 can of ranch style beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can of petite diced tomatoes (can substitute for Rotel if you like spicy)
  • 1 pkg of taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg of John Soules cooked fajita chicken


Directions:

Combine all ingredients and heat! Voila! This recipe just happens to be gluten-free and yummy! I like to top with
shredded cheese and pair with blue corn tortilla chips.
